Mega watch retailer Watches of Switzerland has continued to grow its stellar team by welcoming industry veteran, Kelly Yoch, who will serve as the group’s Director of Client Relations. Yoch comes with an impressive history of work within the competitive watch industry, hailing from Tiffany & Co., where she served as a Senior Patek Philippe Consultant for North America.

This new position is an exciting one for the Watches of Switzerland U.S. division, which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. Due to the brand’s rapid U.S. expansion—which now includes twenty-four stores throughout the country, including MAYORS boutiques in South Florida and Atlanta—a position like this will help continue the brand’s growth and ensure the utmost service for its clients.

Prior to her position with Tiffany & Co./Patek Philippe, Yoch held numerous positions within the luxury watch industry, including overseeing fine jewelry at Saks Fifth Avenue and serving as the General Manager of Tourneau.

Now, Yoch will bring her expertise to service the ever-growing client list of the Watches of Switzerland Group in the U.S., which prides itself on unparalleled service and coveted offerings from some of the most prestigious watch brands in the world including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Cartier and many others.

In her new role, Yoch will report to Damian Otwinowski, Vice President of Retail for Watches of Switzerland New York and Boston, where the brand has high-volume boutiques like Watches of Switzerland Hudson Yards, Watches of Switzerland Soho and Watches of Switzerland Boston at the Encore Boston.

“We are thrilled to have Kelly join our team during a pivotal year for Watches of Switzerland in the United States,” said David Hurley, Executive Vice President of Watches of Switzerland. “Kelly’s dedication to her clients embodies the level of hospitality and personalization that Watches of Switzerland has become known for in the industry. We look forward to having her expertise on board and continuing to grow our success in the North American market.”

Kelly Yoch added, “The Watches of Switzerland Group is redefining what the future of watch selling looks like. I am elated to join this evolution during such a period of growth for the Group in the US market and continue to develop their loyal client base.”
