Ulysse Nardin’s Blast Collection has always prioritized the reinvention of haute horology and charting a new course. With the Blast Tourbillon Blue & Gold, the watch manufacturer takes a decisive step toward the future of watchmaking.
The Blast Tourbillon boasts a gorgeous modern design which is inspired by the lines of a stealth aircraft. The full power of this watch is express through its juxtaposition of colors and materials and the perfect integration of all its components. Ulysse Nardin incorporated its UN-172 caliber which houses and automatic silicon flying tourbillon oscillating at a frequency of 2.5 Hz. This new timepiece also offers a power reserve of three days while it’s nestled in a unique cage that is X-shaped. This allows light to penetrate the open worked watch, illuminating the extraordinary technical feat that this uncompromising time mechanism represents.

The iconic characteristics of the Blast Collection are all present here: the rectangular frame, the three signature lugs that fit perfectly into the strap, the colored bezel, the verticality of the movement with the barrel, as well as the micro-rotor in platinum at 12 o’clock and the flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock.
Structured with alternating components in rose gold and blue PVD titanium, and featuring both polished and satin-finished surfaces, the powerful 45 mm case is water-resistant to 50 meters. This new model comes with a blue velvet rubber strap along with a rose gold and blue PVD titanium folding clasp.
