TAG Heuer Releases Two Limited Edition Indy 500 Timepieces

TAG Heuer has been the Official Timekeeper of the Verizon IndyCar Series and the 103rd Indianapolis 500 Race for 15 years. In celebration of the long-standing partnership, TAG Heuer released two new limited-edition Indy 500 pieces during an intimate celebration with brand ambassador Alexander Rossi at the 2019 Indy 500 race.

This year, the brand is tapping into the adrenaline and thrill of the sport, and the company’s sports heritage to create a limited-edition timepiece collection that will exceed all expectations of a watch connoisseur.

The Carrera Indy 500 Special Edition and the Formula 1 Indy 500 Special Edition timepieces were carefully crafted to honor the highly-coveted race and the watch brand’s history as a luxury sports brand. Each watch embodies the adrenaline and thrill of the motor racing sport by seamlessly melding automotive technology with Swiss watchmaking mastery.

The Carrera model demonstrates the brand’s avant-garde passion for the intensity and excitement of motor racing. The 41mm Carrera wristwatch features a perforated black calfskin strap with red stitching and lining, while the Formula 1 43mm chronograph model features eye-catching red accents all throughout.
