TAG Heuer & Porsche Go Bold Once Again For The Release Of The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Porsche Orange Racing

A partnership that keeps us on our toes, TAG Heuer and Porsche outdo themselves once again with the launch of its latest timepiece: the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Porsche Orange Racing. A collaboration that epitomizes the spirit of both brands, TAG Heuer and Porsche continue to redefine the boundaries of high watchmaking and racing through a bold new orange timepiece. As the sixth creation within the partnership, the new model highlights the brands’ passion for the intersection of where the worlds of racing and watchmaking collide.

The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Porsche Orange Racing design keeps with the unmistakable Porsche aesthetic yet catapulted into a new bold dimension with the vibrant orange color woven throughout the watch. Designed to mimic the color of the heat sparks on the racing track made by the car, the orange ignites a fiery passion on the watch on the Porsche logo on the bezel, as well as on the lacquer on the crown and the graphic details present in small touches on the dial, with “azuré” counters and an orange seconds hand. Furthermore, the orange is perfectly contrasted by the black elements, giving the orange an extra pop.

Inside, the timepiece is powered by the in-house Calibre Heuer 02, a movement manufactured entirely at TAG Heuer’s Chevenez facility and consisting of 168 parts, including a column wheel and a vertical clutch — allowing for exceptional chronometric performance and a power reserve of 80 hours.
