In 1999, Patek Philippe surprised the world with the Twenty~4, a stylish manchette-style wristwatch for ladies only. In this watch, inspired by Art Deco design, Patek Philippe combined two materials rarely seen together in their collection; stainless steel and diamonds. Launched with three different colored dials, the Twenty~4 was an instant hit.

Already a year later, Patek Philippe introduced the watch with either a pink or a white gold case, and a slightly smaller model following a year later. Due to its versatile design, the Twenty~4 quickly became the watch of the new Millenium. While it has an obvious family link with older Gondolo-models, is the Twenty~4 less classic in terms of design. Its lines have there for a timeless character, making the watch go as easily with jeans and a cashmere sweater as with formal business wear. The Twenty~4 was in particular designed to become a daily companion of modern women and accompany them in all the roles, positions, and functions they have

Two Roman numerals and two rows of brilliant-cut, colorless diamonds play an important role in the character of the Twenty~4. They are supported in this, not only by subtle yet stunning dial colors but also by ten diamonds set on the dial, serving as hour markers. Traditionally, Patek Philippe‘s clientele has a great appreciation for diamonds, and therefore the brand introduced several models featuring various settings between 2002 and 2008. This included the model above, which stands out by its symmetrical diamond setting, highlighting the watch’s Art-Deco design. With a case and bracelet made from white gold, a total of almost 9 carats of diamonds are set to elevate this Twenty~4 to an even more precious level.

While the first mechanical Twenty~4 already became available in 2003, it was 2018 that marked another milestone of this collection. With the introduction of Ref.7300, the Twenty~4 now became available with an automatic movement and a round case. Its signature bracelet remained the same, but the dial features bold Arabic numerals, which also have a luminous coating. With this, the Twenty~4 is ready for another decennium as the leading ladies watch.
