Jaeger-LeCoultre Releases Limited Edition Diamond Jubilee Clock

Jaeger-LeCoultre Releases Limited Edition Diamond Jubilee Clock

Jaeger-LeCoultre makes another exceptional mark in the Queen’s royal milestones. This year, it joins the royal celebration of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee by being the pageant’s Official Timekeeper, which inspires an exclusive edition of the celebrated Atmos clock—the Atmos Du Millenaire Diamond Jubilee Limited Edition.

But first, a few notes on the Atmos technology. This is a very ingenious invention that does not require batteries, electric current or even manual winding. Instead, this mechanical clock sources its energy from an hermetically sealed capsule that reacts to temperature and atmospheric changes. That’s a plus for environmental conservation as well as convenience at its finest.

Now, the new version released by Jaeger-LeCoultre carries the lineage of the Kings and Queens of England, Scotland and Wales. The seal of the British monarch’s motto, “Dieu et Mon Droit” (God and My Right), rests at the top of the case. This regal timepiece features indications of hour, minute, month and moonphase.

Jaeger-LeCoultre makes this coveted clock more exciting by producing only three pieces, available in the United Kingdom only. Feeling majestic will be an understatement should you be one propitious owner of this outstanding Atmos edition.

In 2002, the Swiss brand endowed Her Majesty’s 50th year with a singular Atmos clock celebrating All the Queen’s Horses. For the 60th year, Jaeger-LeCoultre earlier released two special creations, Calibre 101, a jewellery timepiece, and Etrier 101, which has a satin strap adorned with icons from the Diamond Jubilee Pageant.
