Jacob & Co. is redefining high watchmaking once again with the launch of the Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension, the world’s first four-axis tourbillon. This timepiece marks the 10th anniversary of the Astronomia collection and is a testament to the brand’s relentless pursuit of innovation, precision, and artistic craftsmanship. With a groundbreaking design and unparalleled technical sophistication, this watch sets a new standard in haute horology.

The Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension is built around a revolutionary high-speed four-axis tourbillon. Each axis rotates at a different speed, with the movements completing full rotations in 60 seconds, 18 seconds, 15 seconds, and 60 seconds respectively. The triple-axis flying tourbillon sits at the pinnacle of the rotating carousel, achieving an astonishing full revolution in just 60 seconds. A high-frequency constant force mechanism ensures the utmost precision, making this timepiece a true masterpiece of engineering.

Encased in 47mm of 18K rose gold and sapphire, the watch is as visually striking as it is mechanically complex. The mirror-polished, gold-plated backplate is adorned with a geometric mosaic, meticulously crafted to create a dynamic, light-catching effect. Unlike traditional gem settings, Jacob & Co. has employed an unexpected inverted layout, further enhancing the visual spectacle of the timepiece. Every angle of the Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension reflects the brand’s commitment to pushing creative and technical boundaries.

Since its inception, Jacob & Co.’s Astronomia collection has continuously pushed the limits of watchmaking. The original Astronomia Tourbillon, introduced in 2015, debuted with a 20-minute full movement rotation, which was later accelerated to 10 minutes and then in 2023, reduced to an incredible 60 seconds with the Astronomia Revolution. Now, in 2025, the brand has achieved yet another milestone by introducing a fourth axis to the tourbillon, elevating the concept to an entirely new level of complexity and artistry.

Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Founder of Jacob & Co., emphasized the significance of this moment for the brand. “Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Astronomia is a major milestone in our history. Just as the Five Time Zone put us on the watchmaking map in 2002, the arrival of the Astronomia in 2015 elevated us to the innovative fringe of high watchmaking. It exemplified what it truly means to be ‘Inspired by the Impossible,’ our company slogan. The Astronomia Revolution continues to challenge conventions and redefine the possibilities of watchmaking.”

Beyond its mechanical ingenuity, the Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension tells a deeper story of discovery and artistic vision. Every component is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from the high-frequency constant force mechanism to the skeletonized red composite hour and minute dial. The watch’s bracelet, made from luxurious blue alligator leather, complements the striking aesthetics of the timepiece, further enhancing its elegance.

Limited to just 18 pieces worldwide, the Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension is an ultra-exclusive timepiece, making it one of the most coveted creations in the world of haute horology. With a price tag of $700,000, it represents not just an investment in fine watchmaking but a statement of unparalleled craftsmanship and innovation.

Jacob & Co. has built a reputation for pushing the limits of watch design, incorporating groundbreaking materials, intricate complications, and avant-garde aesthetics. From sapphire cases to sculptural designs featuring mythical creatures, the Astronomia collection has consistently redefined the art of horology. The Fourth Dimension model is the latest chapter in this legacy, proving once again that Jacob & Co. is a true pioneer in the industry.

The Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension is not just a watch; it is a testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence. With its high-speed, four-axis tourbillon, intricate engineering, and visually captivating design, this timepiece cements Jacob & Co.’s place at the forefront of innovation in watchmaking. Whether viewed as a mechanical marvel, an artistic statement, or an investment piece, the Astronomia Revolution Fourth Dimension is destined to be a legend in the world of haute horology.
