Haute Time Visits Westime in Beverly Hills
This week Haute Time is in Los Angeles, where we’re visiting the city’s hottest haute horlogerie boutiques. Today we’re bringing you an exclusive look inside Westime Beverly Hills.
Located on Beverly Hills’ famous Rodeo Drive, this multi-brand boutique caters to celebrities and collectors from all over the world. Although we saw incredible pieces from brands including TAG Heuer, MB&F, Harry Winston, Franck Muller, Greubel Forsey and Urwerk, our favorites were undoubtedly the Audemars Piguet novelties.
Here’s an exclusive look at what we saw, from the new concept piece that Audemars Piguet debuted at SIHH to a completely diamond-clad Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph:
This hand-wound tourbillon watch is housed in a 44mm titanium case with a black ceramic bezel and black rubber strap with titanium AP folding clasp. The openworked dial features white gold Royal Oak hands, and boasts GMT function, second time-zone indicator at 3 o’clock, crown position indicator at 6 o’clock, and a tourbillon at 9 o’clock. This hand-wound minute repeater is housed in a 47mm titanium case, with an 18K white gold crown, bezel, pushpieces and caseback. The silvered opaline dial features pink gold applied Arabic numerals and hands, as well as a tourbillon and small seconds. Reference 26564IC.OO.D002CR.01

This hand-wound chronometer is housed in a 46mm 950 platinum case. The openworked dial features black printed Roman numerals and blued steel hands, and showcases the escapement and double balance spring of the Calibre 2908 high frequency movement (which boasts 43,200 vibrations per hour). Functions include hours and minutes on a white enamel subdial at 12 o’clock, small seconds on a white gold subdial at 6 o’clock, and a power reserve indicator between 7 and 8 o’clock. This hand-wound watch is housed in a 41mm stainless steel case. Despite the case being just 8.85mm thick, it accommodates a Calibre 2924 tourbillon movement. The petite tapisserie patterned dial features gold applied hour-markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating. Functions include hours and minutes. The tourbillon is also visible on the dial, at 6 o’clock. The caseback features a power reserve indicator. It is completed by a stainless steel bracelet with AP folding clasp. Reference 26510ST.OO.1220ST.01

This selfwinding chronograph is housed in a 48mm 18K white gold case and is set with 652 brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamond-paved 18K white gold dial features black counters, black Arabic numerals, white gold Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating and a black inner bezel ring with a tachymeter scale. Functions include hours and minutes, a central chronograph hand, small seconds at 12 o’clock, a date indicator at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock. It is completed by a diamond-clad 18K white gold bracelet with AP folding clasp. Reference 26215BC.ZZ.1239BC.01
