The complexity of a watch can go beyond its movement and complications. The way it is created, and decorated can also add to this. While this watch has the appearance of a manual wind movement, it is, in fact, automatic.  By fitting it with a peripheral oscillating weight made from platinum, Breguet also ensures in that way that the refined look of the skeletonized movement is maintained from both the front and the back.
