This diving watch is specifically designed to go deep underwater and withstand the pressure. The Panerai Submersible Verde Militare – 42 MM (PAM01055) has a never-before-seen aesthetic dimension. It is the first Submersible to have a green dial, a feat by itself in regards to the use of color on watches. The shade of the color is a classic military green, hence its French translation in the piece’s name.
The mechanical caliber has a high degree of efficiency and strength, and it is entirely designed and developed in the Panerai Manufacture at Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

Automatic mechanical, P.900 Calibre, 121⁄2 lignes, thickness 4.2 mm, 171 components, 23 jewels, 28,800 vibrations/hour, Incabloc® anti-shock device, single spring barrel. Executed entirely by Panerai.

CASE
In brushed AISI 316L stainless steel, diameter 42 mm, thickness 14.37 mm. Unidirectional rotating bezel in brushed steel with graduated scale. Panerai Safety Lock device protecting the winding crown (protected by trademark) in brushed steel. Sapphire crystal obtained from corundum. Steel screw back.
DIAL
Dark military green, with luminous markers and points applied in white Super-LumiNova® with green/blue luminescence. Small seconds at 9 o’clock, date at 3 o’clock.
STRAP
In rubber, military green, with trapezoid buckle and brushed steel clasp. Additional strap in water-resistant technical cloth with Velcro closure and titanium loop buckle, black with tone-on-tone sewing.
WATER RESISTANCE
30 bar (~300 meters).
